Obliviana has been established in an imaginary place called Little World of Racetracks.

Little World of Racetracks is built on a foundation called Forge of Wander.

Forge of Wander is a grid made of 209 squares, called Storms.

Forge of Wander is 11 Storms wide and 19 Storms high.

The columns of Forge of Wander are called Flips, and are numbered from 1 to 11.

The rows of Forge of Wander are called Dires, and are numbered from 1 to 19.

Storms are numbered from 1 to 209, diagonally.

This strange foundation is an original creation of Frank Edward Nora, Lord of Obliviana.
